This healthier version of buffalo chicken is great as a dip with celery and carrots or in a wrap.
3 6 oz. chicken breasts, large
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup hot sauce
Place chicken breasts in a large slow cooker. Turn to high and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until chicken breasts have fully cooked. Remove and use 2 forks to shred. Place in refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, add Greek yogurt and hot sauce and mix.
