Peanut Butter Blueberry Energy Balls

These energy bites are healthy and delicious! When looking for peanut butter, make sure to check the ingredient list. Many peanut butters are loaded with added sugars and oils. Look for just peanuts and salt for a healthier and more natural product.

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup natural peanut butter or other nut butter
½ cup honey
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup dehydrated blueberries

Combine oats, peanut butter (or other nut butter), honey, chocolate chips and blueberries in a medium bowl; stir well. Using a 1-tablespoon measure, roll the mixture into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
