Rainbow Fruit Kabobs

These fruit kabobs take advantage of in-season fruits for a fresh summer dessert or snack, and kids will have fun making them.

4 strawberries
1 clementine, peeled
½ mango, cut into 8 pieces
1 kiwifruit, peeled and quartered
⅓ cup blueberries
4 red seedless grapes

Thread strawberries, clementine, mango, kiwi, blueberries and grapes onto four 10-inch skewers.
