Cantaloupe and Carrot Smoothie

When you can’t eat your fruits and veggies, drink them! Carrot and cantaloupe pair very well together. Try this antioxidant rich smoothie your kids are sure to enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe peeled, seeded and chopped
1 half ripe banana
1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
3/4 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup plain almond milk (or rice milk)
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Combine the following ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
