While we can’t have our 11th annual Total Health Expo in person this year, we have lined up a slate of virtual programs all next week so that you and your family can brew up a potion for good health at home!
Starting Monday, October 26, join us for a weeklong celebration of good health with daily online seminars designed to support your health and wellness goals. Sessions include virtual yoga for beginners, pre-diabetes education, health planning, a cooking demonstration, storytime with the Carroll County Public Library and a presentation from Carroll County Public Schools on children, the pandemic and emotional health.
Close out the week with our virtual Community Town Hall, featuring Carroll Hospital President Garrett Hoover, Carroll Hospital Vice President of Medical Affairs Mark Olszyk, M.D., and Chief Nursing Officer Stephanie Reid, R.N.
Registration is required for the sessions, so be sure to visit our website and sign up for the programs that interest you!
In addition to the online seminars, don’t forget to participate our daily health challenges for your chance to win prizes! From participating in meatless Monday to completing breathing exercises to taking a walk around the block, complete any of the daily health challenges and post to social media using #CarrollTotalHealthExpo to be entered into the prize drawing! http://www.lifebridgehealth.org/Carroll/DailyHealthChallenges.aspx
